Your Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and creative aspects of our brand. You will work in close collaboration with the brand and product teams to ensure our brand's visual representation aligns with our values and objectives. 

• Collaborate with cross- functional teams 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, ensuring your designs align seamlessly with our brand identity and objectives.

• Incorporate feedback and collaborate on design iterations to achieve optimal results.

• Design Assets

• Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.

• Develop Social Media posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook.

• Create & edit basic short videos for social media and our website.

• Develop content for various channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

• Oversee the creation of visually appealing and on-brand marketing collateral.

• Stay Updated on Design Trends

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging design technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.

• Integrate current design trends into projects when appropriate.

Proficiency in Tools 

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, basic Figma and InDesign.

Who are you

• Studying in graphic design, fine arts or a related field.

• Some experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. People from an agency background would be a bonus.

• A visual storyteller who sees visuals whenever someone describes something 

• Deliver High quality designs in a fast paced environment and work in iterative processes. 

• Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in using various design tools – Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, etc

• Prior advertising agency experience is a strong plus.

• Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box.

• Strong attention to detail and effective time management.

Compensation and Benefits:
